As some of you may know, my real estate career started somewhat by accident.  In 1991, an injury forced me out of my seat in a UPS truck and into a seat in a college class room.  Most of my elective course work was either business or real estate related and I became a licensed realtor while still a student.

I began my real estate career in 1993 as a residential property manager, leasing and managing investment homes, duplexes and quads etc.  As I learned the business I began to take on more sophisticated investment properties and by 1998 my management portfolio included two shopping centers, several large multi-tenant industrial buildings and an office complex.  In 2002, at the urging of several of my investment property owners, I began representing them as sellers. Soonafter, I became a buyer's agent as well.  The end result, is a Realtor with extensive knowledge about many facets of the real estate industry. From  new home construction to renovations, commercial and residential leasing or buying or selling your home, vacant land or income property you can count on my experience and integrity to guide you to a successful closing.
